Flagship is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage, review, and process contracts within the Workday system. This role will support contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday Procurement, Supplier Contracts, or Financials, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.This position will be temporary, through the end of April/May.Key Responsibilities:Administer and manage contract creation, review, approval, and tracking within the Workday system.Maintain and update contract records, amendments, and renewals in Workday.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement procedures.Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other business units to ensure contract accuracy.Monitor contract milestones, expirations, and renewals, sending timely notifications.Assist in vendor and supplier management.Generate reports and dashboards in Workday for contract tracking, spend analysis, and compliance audits.Identify and implement process improvements for contract administration within Workday.Provide training and support to stakeholders on Workday contract management functionalities.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor management.Strong proficiency in Workday (Contracts, Procurement, or Financials module experience preferred).Understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Experience with data reporting, analytics, and Workday dashboards is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Workday certification in Procurement, Financials, or Supplier Contracts.Experience in enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM).Familiarity with vendor risk management and regulatory compliance.
