As they expand operations, we are seeking a Licensing Compliance Administrator to join their dynamic collaborative team.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Licensing Compliance Administrator to join our team. In this role you will ensure that our clients licenses are accurate and compliant whilst giving them a first-class customer experience. You will be involved in managing corporate and licensing filings, helping ensure that our clients remain in compliance with various state and regulatory agencies. This role is based in Saratoga Springs so applicants must have a valid right to live and work in the United States without sponsorship and be comfortable commuting to the office.As Licensing Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for: Maintaining/updating our client records in cloud-based management software.Populating, editing and submitting various corporate and insurance-related documents.Assisting clients with new insurance license procurement and license maintenance, and registration and maintenance of risk purchasing groups.Managing both written and verbal communication with state and local regulatory agencies and clients as necessary to assist with filings and the procurement of documents.Researching in regulatory compliance and other areas as may be necessary to find solutions.Assisting with general bookkeeping.Other duties as assigned by management.As Licensing Compliance Administrator, you will require:Ideally 2+ years of experience within a corporate administration and data entry role.A customer serviced mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy while working to deadlines.Good proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe, and internet search engines.Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage workloads during busy periods.Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well both within team and individual settings.Taking pride in the quality of your work and comfortable receiving constructive feedback to support your development.Strong adaptable work ethic with ability to "occasionally" work out-of-hours/weekends in response to work-load demands.A willingness to continually learn and improve.Bonus if you havePrevious experience in insurance compliance or corporate regulatory servicesAdditional Information: This is a full-time position based in our Saratoga Springs office.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume by clicking on the linkBenefits: We offer a competitive compensation package within a friendly and inclusive team with a positive working environment.
