Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our aerosol manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, monitoring regulatory changes, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular compliance assessments and auditsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations for aerosolsMaintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and keep up-to-date with changes as they affect the aerosol industryCommunicate compliance requirements to stakeholders and ensure they are adhered toWork with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risksPrepare and file required regulatory reports and submissionsProvide training and support to employees on compliance-related mattersCoordinate with external auditors and regulators as neededAssist with the development and maintenance of compliance-related systems and toolsQualificationsMin. 2 years experience in a regulatory compliance role within the aerosol industryBachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related fieldFamiliarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards including but not limited to EPA and FDA as applied to the aerosol industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to think critically and analyze complex informationAbility to identify and resolve compliance-related issues
