This role will focus on payroll processing, workers' compensation, talent acquisition, and general HR support. In this role, you will report directly to VP, Strategy Insight & Execution + Chief of Staff.ResponsibilitiesPayroll & ComplianceAssist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Workers' CompensationSupport the administration of workers' compensation claims and documentation.Leave Managementassist employees with required paperwork and shepherd it through processing and payroll.Talent AcquisitionProvide recruiting support, including screening candidates and coordinating hiring and onboarding processes.HR AdministrationAddress employee inquiries, assist with process documentation, and ensure compliance with HR policies.Mail & Administrative SupportManage incoming and outgoing mail. Spearhead the management of the shared HR email inbox, as well as other general office tasks as needed. Maintain employee files - digitally and paper.Benefits Administrationsupport team members with benefit questions and bill reconciliationSystem Administrationleverageall HR systems to manage the employee lifecycle (e.x., Paycom, security management, training records, insurance portals, government portals).Minimum Qualifications1 - 2 years of experience in human resources as an assistant or coordinatorAssociate's in Human Resources or HR Specialist Certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferredConversational proficiency in Spanish requiredStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Professional SkillsExperience in HR, payroll, compliance, or talent acquisition preferred. Proficiency in HR systems and documentation processes is a plus.
