This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a background in manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or family-owned businesses, who enjoys both hands-on HR operations and strategic initiativesKey Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead full-cycle recruiting & talent strategy to attract and retain top talent.Partner with leadership on workforce planning & succession strategiesOversee onboarding & training programs for employee success.HR Compliance & Policy DevelopmentDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies & employee handbooksEnsure compliance with state & federal labor lawsAdvise leadership on HR best practices to mitigate risk and drive engagement.Employee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as a trusted HR advisor to employees and management.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance managementDrive initiatives to enhance company culture & retentionPayroll & Benefits AdministrationLiaison for external payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Oversee benefits administration and employee inquiries.What We're Looking For:4+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, logistics, or family-owned businessesFull-cycle recruiting, compliance, and employee relations experience. Knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and labor law complianceStrong ability to work independently, problem-solve, and advise leadershipBilingual (English & Spanish) is strongly preferred
