We are seeking a Product/Systems Analyst to work on a W2 contract for a client project in Cary, NC. Responsibilities:The Product/Systems Analyst will join our Product Management team to gather technical requirements and deliver cutting edge technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process for our customers. As the Product Analyst, you will be a Key Contributor within a Scrum team to make recommendations, provide launch strategies based on your analyses, monitor product performance and recommend alterations to meet business needs. The Products/Systems Analyst will: Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, risk assessment, testing, and deploymentGather business requirements that affect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change processPrepare documents, workflow diagrams, and written & verbal reports to managementCollaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are doneParticipate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planningExecute on test script developed in design and implementation phasesPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2-5 years of Product Management/Product Development experience, working on cloud based projectsSolid experience with Database Management/Data Warehousing High proficiency in SQL is requiredKnowledge of Agile Methodology, New Relic, AWS, Jira, Confluence or similar toolsDesired Skills and ExperienceThe Product/Systems Analyst will join our Product Management team to gather technical requirements and deliver cutting edge technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process for our customers.
