HR Director (Hybrid) - Manufacturing Food Service EquipmentWe are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead strategic human resources initiatives, drive organizational performance, and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture. This role will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that attract top talent, enhance employee engagement, and align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and workforce planning to support business growth.Partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.Foster a high-performance culture through recognition programs and engagement initiatives.Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market alignment and employee satisfaction.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies on hiring, terminations, benefits, and payroll.Champion a positive work environment aligned with company values and ethics.Qualifications:10+ years of HR leadership experience, including direct team management.Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Experience working in a manufacturing or food service equipment environment is a plusThis is a hybrid role based near Tustin, CA (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
