Join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) and play a key role in driving seamless project execution across our Design, Sales, and Project Management teams. You'll manage timelines, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables while keeping clients informed and satisfied.Key ResponsibilitiesProposal & Order Management: Prepare proposals, process sales orders, manage purchase orders, and track vendor shipments.Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Oversee vendor relations, ensure accurate pricing and lead times, and resolve shipping or product issues.Project Coordination: Maintain clear communication across teams, manage schedules, handle client inquiries, and support project documentation.Data & Reporting: Track project deliverables, maintain accurate records, and manage invoicing.Installation & Issue Resolution: Schedule installations, coordinate documentation, address punchlist items, and handle warranty claims.What We're Looking ForHighly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.Strong communicator with excellent writing and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.Experience in financial analysis, vendor pricing, and margin management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Core, CAP, and Teknion experience is a plus.3+ years in the contract furniture industry with solid product knowledge.If you're ready to take ownership of projects and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, apply today!
