Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our clients digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in PPC, social media advertising, programmatic buying, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and manage paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and programmatic networks.Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance campaign performance.Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking spending against performance goals.Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and analytics to align paid media strategies with business objectives.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or PPC management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
