Hiring for multiple positions and shiftsJob Description:The Automated Transport System provides on-site end-user and technical support of identified Supply Chain Automated Systems such as JBT robots, Moxi robots, and Scrub dispensary kiosks throughout the main OSUWMC hospitals.Department:Health System Shared Services | IT Supply Chain SystemsResponsibilities: System Monitoring and SupportProvide on-site support for health system automated systems such as JBT and Moxi robotsMonitor the operation of vehicle fleets from desktops or mobile devicesCheck functions related to cart dispatch, washers, elevators, detent groups, and cart destinationsIssue Identification and ResolutionDetect and address errors in vehicles, elevators, and cart washersResolve issues like full detent groups, traffic backups, and network communication failuresEnvironmental OversightConduct rounds to ensure hallways and rooms are clean and orderlyDispatch carts as necessary to maintain operationsUse of Technology:Leverage dashboards and reports for system performance insightsTrack equipment issues with maintenance software (CMS)Use Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for documentation, sharing information, and storing incident media (photos/videos)Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma and one year of experience with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or computer systemsAdditional Information:Our Comprehensive Employee Benefits Include: An array of retirement plan options, each with a generous employer contributionAffordable health insurance options, including dental, vision and prescription coverage that begin on day onePaid vacation and sick leave, including short and long-term disability and paid parental leaveGet the most out of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness programAnd much more!Location:Rhodes Hall (0354)Position Type:RegularScheduled Hours:40Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
