Iovino is seeking a Compliance and Rick Management Specialist to join the team at our office in Great Neck, Long Island. The Compliance and Rick Management Specialist will be responsible for reviewing insurance requirements for existing and newly awarded projects. They will also support the Director of Compliance and Risk Management with tasks related to insurance and compliance matters.II. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and review insurance requirements for existing and newly awarded projects.Oversee insurance matters, including claims processing, and coverage compliance.Monitor loss ratios and collaborate with safety personnel to implement risk-reduction strategies.Assist in the preparation of insurance renewal applications and manage relationships with brokers and carriers if necessary.Ensure all company entities and subcontractors maintain proper insurance coverage.Review, track, and obtain necessary Certificates of Insurance for various entities and subcontractors.Assist in the development and maintenance of internal insurance compliance procedures and documentation.Maintain in-house document management, including scanning, labeling, and e-filing.Manage vehicle registration, titling, and insurance processes.File documents with the DMV or County Clerk as necessary.Support Director of Compliance and Risk Management with administrative tasks related to insurance and compliance matters.Other duties as assigned.IV. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION2+ years of experience in risk management or insurance-related roles, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements in construction.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
