Receptionist/Office CoordinatorA wonderful hedge fund in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a full-time receptionist & office coordinator to join their team in their gorgeous office space.Salary commensurate with experience: $60-90k base range + paid overtime, discretionary bonus + benefits + office perksLocation: Midtown NYC - fully onsite 5 days a weekHours: 8:30a-5:30pmSeeking:An experienced Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative supportThe ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, polished and professional - this is a front-facing role and need someone who can operate as if they're a concierge of a 5 start hotelProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)Passion for client service and interacting with a diverse group of peopleResponsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff upon arrivalManage conference rooms, oversee conference room calendars, and prepare roomsAssist with meeting and catering including order requests, pick-up, and clean-upAnswer and direct the main phone line and screen callsManage the reception and client area in collaboration with a Facilities CoordinatorReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
