We are looking for a Manager, Warehousing & Logistics to lead and optimize our logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.Why Join Us?Be part of an industry-changing movement focused on innovation and sustainability.Enjoy the freedom to lead, develop strategies, and drive results.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas shape the future.What You'll Do:Drive Key Metrics: Establish performance indicators aligned with Warehousing & Logistics goals.Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement strategies for internal and external stakeholders.Budget & Cost Management: Develop and oversee logistics and warehousing budgets.Logistics Oversight: Monitor transportation agreements (LTL, FTL, Express) and ensure seamless material flow.Inventory Control: Track inventory levels across distribution centers and generate financial reports.Operational Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance order flow and service metrics.Training & Development: Establish training programs to uphold compliance, performance, and service excellenceStrategic Collaboration: Foster relationships with key departments, including Brand Management, Operations, and Supply ChainWhat You Bring:5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and distribution management.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Strong leadership & problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Extensive experience with production planning, modern inventory control, and logistics systemsLean manufacturing and Lean process improvement experience is required.Import & export experience is preferred.Must be on-site five days a weekLegally authorized to work in the U.S.Ready to Make an Impact?Join a global team shaping the future of logistics and supply chain excellence.
