Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will develop dashboards, uncover insights through SQL queries, and build data models in dbt"”all in support of improving student outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in education through data and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesQuery an AWS data warehouse using SQL to extract insights that drive strategic decisions.Build and maintain SQL transformations in dbt to support reporting and analytics needs.Collaborate with data engineers to refine datasets and optimize data pipelines.Develop and manage dashboards in Looker, providing key insights for leadership and operational teams.Work closely with school operations and management to translate business needs into effective data solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field"”or equivalent experience in data analytics.2+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and accessible way.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with dbt SQL coding and/or LookML is a plus.How to ApplyInterested?
