Get more details below.Contract Duration: 12 monthsWorksite Location: Collierville, TNCompensation: $20.00 per hourWhat you'll do as an Operations Coordinator:Create orders, activate shipments, build loads, assign loads, schedule appointments, and track and trace shipmentsInvoice, update financials, execute non-standardized activities related to carrier payments (T-checks), rejecting orders, cancelling orders, updating and resolving events, booking loads, bouncing loads and executing load builder profilesMonitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requestsDocument events utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and experience and follow defined escalation proceduresFollow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfactionEscalate questions or requests when necessaryValidate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to customer standardsWhat you'll bring to the Operations Coordinator role:High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is preferred1+ year of experience as an Associate Operations Coordinator2+ years of call center customer service or transportation/logistics experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsDemonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skillPrior work experience that required attention to detailMust value a diverse and inclusive work environmentTake the first step on your new career path!
