Corporate Associate Attorney

A prestigious regional law firm with strong roots in Ohio is seeking a corporate associate attorney to work out of its Columbus or Toledo office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Experience in securities, as well as a general familiarity with basic tax concepts, would be a plus. This is a partner track position in a collegial department that fosters collaboration and business development.
