This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned chef with a passion for upscale cuisine, strong leadership skills, and experience managing high-volume kitchens.Responsibilities:Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, consistency, and presentation.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40+ kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate on menu development, maintaining an innovative and seasonal approach.Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and profitability.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive ChefProven success in leading a $4M+ restaurant operationBackground in upscale dining with a strong focus on quality and guest experience.Exceptional leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
