Tax Attorney

A top-tier AM Law 50 global firm is seeking tax associates with 2-8 years of experience to join its team. This role focuses on corporate and partnership tax matters related to M&A, investment funds, capital markets, and private equity transactions across domestic and international markets.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of large law firm experience and a strong foundation in transactional tax, including drafting and negotiating documents for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, along with a commitment to excellence, strong academic credentials, and New York Bar Admission, are required.This position offers a collaborative and supportive environment, with mentorship from senior associates and partners to foster professional growth.
