This will include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving sales. The General Manager will also develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food safety.Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.Drive sales by developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that all financial goals are met.Recruit, train, and develop a team of qualified and motivated employees.Maintain a safe and positive work environment.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills.
