Preferred ExperienceExperience analyzing conflicts of interestExperience reviewing and negotiating outside counsel guidelines3+ years of contracts, negotiation or equivalent experience in a large law firm or corporationExperience drafting technology, purchase, sale, software license, content license, outsourcing, professional service, real estate leases, general contractor and architectural agreementsAdvanced knowledge of key laws, processes and industry practices applicable to business contracts and leasesSalary $225,000-275,000 Open to Candidates in San Francisco and New York City
