Job Title: Litigation Legal AssistantLocation: Portland, OregonSchedule: Hybrid ( 3 days in-office/2 remote)Salary: $85,000-$100,000Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience handling federal and Oregon state court matters and will support a team of fast-paced litigators. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong case management and organizational skills.Responsibilities: Manage complex litigation cases, including calendaring deadlines, coordinating filings, and maintaining case recordsPrepare, proofread, and finalize pleadings and other legal documents for e-filing across multiple jurisdictionsMonitor court deadlines, manage attorney schedules, and ensure timely filing and service of documentsHandle client and attorney communications, including managing incoming emails, mail, and voicemailsCreate and maintain case notebooks and organize litigation materialsCoordinate travel arrangements and assist with meeting preparationProvide general administrative support and assist with special projects as neededQualifications: 5+ years of litigation experience in both federal and Oregon state courtsStrong case management, calendaring, and e-filing skillsExcellent proofreading, editing, and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with attorneys, co-counsel, and clientsCritical thinking skills and the ability to work independentlyA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance401(k) and profit-sharing plansPaid time off, holidays, and family/medical leaveTransportation subsidy and performance-based bonuses
