Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: 100% Onsite - Raleigh, NCContract Duration: 6 months (Possible extension up to 18 months)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per weekJob Overview:The Administrative Assistant will support a hardware engineering team responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge custom compute chips.The role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, assisting with events, and handling expenses. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting multiple individuals.Key Responsibilities:Manage schedules and calendars for two individualsCoordinate travel arrangementsOrganize and assist with morale events and onsite eventsAct as a scheduling coordinatorHandle department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operationsComplete special projects as assignedTask Breakdown:10% Meetings30% Calendar management10% Travel coordination20% Expense management30% Ad-hoc tasksCandidate Qualifications:Experience Required: 2+ years of administrative experienceEducation: No degree required (Associate's or Bachelor's is a plus)Preferred Experience:Experience in the tech industrySupporting more than one individual simultaneouslyTop 3 Required Skills & Experience:Calendar Management: Minimum 2+ years of experienceExpense Management: Minimum 1+ years of experienceTravel Coordination: Minimum 1+ years of experience
