We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist fluent in English and Chinese to enhance warehouse and supply chain operations. This entry-level role is ideal for an individual who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Analysis and ReportingMonitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance.Provide actionable insights to improve quality and efficiency.Administrative SupportPerform administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and processing invoices.Review and dispute invoices as necessary.Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Develop, implement, and distribute SOPs and checklists to staff.Ensure adherence to established protocols across all operations.Coordination and CommunicationCommunicate effectively with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.Review RGA (Return Goods Authorization) issues to ensure compliance with company guidelines.Staff Training and OnboardingTrain new staff on department SOPs to ensure consistent performance.Collaborate with management to onboard employees and align them with company objectives.Project AssistanceSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems, including file and record management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
