LHH is working with a National Manufacturer on a new Onsite Account Specialist opportunity! The Onsite Account Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with prospective clients within the industrial manufacturing industry. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can effectively handle account management and drive client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.Conduct site tours to prospective clients at the client facilityCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and updates to management.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial manufacturing industry.Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently to client sites.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
