About the Role:80% of your time will be spent programming with Esprit CAM software.20% of your time will involve troubleshooting programming-related issues on machines.Collaborate with a tight-knit team of four CNC programmers, operators, and setup personnel.Work with 22 Fanuc-controlled CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment.?? Must-Have Qualifications:? 8+ years of experience in CNC programming or manufacturing engineering in a high-precision machine shop. (Candidates with a Bachelor's degree may qualify with 4+ years of experience.)? Proficiency in Esprit CAM software (Esprit 2020 & Esprit Edge).? Strong background in CNC lathes and mill-turn machines.? Experience troubleshooting programming-related issues directly on machines.? Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).?? Nice-to-Have Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering. ? Knowledge of secondary processing (deburring, engraving, heat treating, plating, anodizing, NDT, etc.). ?
