The primary responsibility of this role is to dispose of and process gear (electronics and equipment) across the clients network, both domestically and internationally. This role involves a mix of physical work, administrative tasks, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow experienceDispose of and process gear (electronics and equipment) across the Network, both domestically and internationally (80-90% of the work).Organize and process incoming deliveries of gear in a holding area.Notify teams when items arrive for pick-up.Perform physical tasks such as moving pallets and packages weighing up to 50 lbs.Complete paperwork and administrative tasks using the ServiceNow and Koopa systems to process deliveries and track inventory.Work as part of a small team (3 people) and independently to support the tech center.Qualifications:Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.Basic computer skills and familiarity with administrative tasks.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
