About the Role:Rockwoods is partnering with an exciting client in Tyson's Corner, VA, seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst. Are you passionate about using data to drive membership growth and engagement? We're seeking a Membership Analysis Analyst to play a crucial role in understanding our members, identifying opportunities, and shaping strategies that enhance their experience and drive loyalty. You'll be a data detective, uncovering valuable insights that inform decisions across marketing, product development, and customer experience. Your analysis will directly impact our membership programs, affinity relationships, and overall success.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Uncover Insights: Dive deep into membership data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to acquisition, retention, and engagement.Develop Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into actionable recommendations for improving membership programs, increasing retention, and maximizing engagement.Evaluate Affinity Relationships: Assess and recommend strategic partnerships that enhance member value and drive engagement.Communicate Findings: Create compelling reports and presentations that clearly communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including leadership.Analyze Channel Performance: Measure the effectiveness of various channels (e.g., email, social media, events) in driving membership participation and retention.Benchmark Performance: Compare our membership trends against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer experience teams to implement data-driven strategies.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and apply best practices in data analysis, membership engagement, and analytical tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on membership or customer analytics.Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel).Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Experience with membership-based organizations or subscription models is a plus.
