Senior Architectural Visualization ArtistWe are seeking an experienced full-time senior visualization artist to join our team. Responsibilities will include managing and visualizing large-scale scenes and production of both stills and animations of high-visibility projects.The applicant should have 5-7 years of full-time visualization experience and be able to provide a digital portfolio upon applying. The successful candidate must have an impressive portfolio and expert-level proficiency with 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop, and the ability to read and adapt AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup drawings. We are looking for a candidate who will grow with us and thrive in a collaborative and close-knit studio culture.We face strict deadlines from clients and the ideal candidate must manage concurrent project deadlines and be committed to meeting them, so a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic are essential. Superb project management, organizational, and communications skills are necessary as the applicant will coordinate with both clients and members of the Tangram team to complete projects. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in architectural design and multimedia.SkillsOur ideal candidate:· Expert proficiency with 3DS Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.· Have excellent skills in texturing, shading, lighting, and postproduction.· Be able to read and adapt AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup files.· Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time well while working in a fast-paced environment.· Have excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.· Have experience managing client relationships.· Be a self-motivated problem solver, who is quickly able to learn new technology/standards.· Follow design direction from the Director of Visualization and will offer your own ideas and creativity to projects.Desired Experience· At minimum 5-7 years of full-time visualization experience.· Graduate of an architecture, graphic arts, or related program.· A strong background in architectural design and multimedia.· Knowledge or proficiency with producing real-time virtual reality tours or AR platforms, such as Unreal Engine and ARKit, is preferred but not essential.PersonalityOur ideal candidate:· Is creative and passionate about architecture and design.· Loves the creative process and working with our clients to bring their visions to life.· Is positive and upbeat and works well with a team.· Accepts and provides critique on work for the betterment of the team.Applicants must have a valid U.S. working permit.Benefits· Health Insurance· Vacation & Holidays · 401(k) Safe Harbor Profit-Sharing Plan, after 1 year.
