Our team members are crucial to this mission.Role Description:This is a full-time role for a Citation CJ4 Captain (Part 91) based at the Hayward Executive Airport, Hayward, CA (HWD). You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our clients' aircraft while delivering top-tier customer service to our passengers. You will ensure compliance with all FAA regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) on assigned Citation CJ4 trips, either as a single-pilot or with an additional crew member.Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers and crew.Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring aircraft readiness.Plan and execute flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and our clients' requirements.Monitor weather conditions, flight plans, and fuel requirements for optimal trip execution.Maintain aircraft logs and required documentation in compliance with regulatory and company policies.Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness and address any mechanical issues prior to, during, and/or after flight.Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.Participate in training and recurrent check rides to maintain currency and proficiency.Minimum Qualifications:FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with CE-525S type rating.Valid First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.Valid Passport with no travel restrictions.Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.Minimum of 1,500 hours as PIC.Minimum of 250 hours in jet aircraft.No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions.Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.Customer service-oriented with a professional and polished demeanor.Preferred Qualifications:250 hours as PIC in CE-525 Series aircraft.Recurrent CE-525 Series simulator training in the past 12 months.Prior CJ4 experience.Located within 3 hours driving time of the Hayward Executive Airport (HWD).Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience (fixed monthly salary, not day-rate based).Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Recurrent simulator training paid for by the company.
