Our client, a premier global law firm, is looking for a Private Funds Associate Attorney or Of Counsel.Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in officeOffices for Of Counsel Attorney: Palo Alto, Denver, New YorkOffices for Associate Attorney: Palo Alto, Denver, New York, Boston, San FranciscoChambers USA Nationwide 2024 ranked in: Private Equity: Fund Formation.Best Lawyers 2024 ranked in USA Nationwide in Metropolitan, San Francisco for Private Funds/Hedge Funds Law.Of Counsel:Atleast 7+ years of experience in the formation and operation of private funds (e.g., private equity, venture capital, credit, fund of funds and/or real estate funds), related investment vehicles such as co-investment vehicles, continuation funds and other secondary transactions and GP stakes transactions.You are admitted to the applicable office state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.JD from an accredited law school.BIG LAW experience is required.Associate Attorney: 5 - 6 years ONLY of experience in the formation and operation of private funds including private equity funds, leveraged buyout funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, mezzanine debt funds, real estate opportunity funds as well as other types of limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures.You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.JD from an accredited law school.BIG LAW experience is required.
