The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you have a financial services background and a proven track record of anticipating needs and delivering results, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetingsPrepare and edit documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations tailored to financial servicesOversee expense management and reporting with accuracy and timelinessCommunicate and coordinate with board members, senior executives, and internal/external stakeholdersAnticipate the CEO's needs and proactively handle operational tasks to ensure efficiencySupport general executive administrative duties as requiredQualifications:7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the financial services industryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to work independently, stay steps ahead, and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA professional demeanor and proven ability to interact with C-level executives and board membersAdditional Details:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PMHybrid Role: In-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and FridayPerks:Competitive compensation and bonus structureWork closely with an approachable, collaborative CEO in a positive environmentHybrid work flexibilityOpportunity to leverage your expertise in a thriving industryAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
