This is an opportunity to support state of the art trading platforms as well as vendor services providing direct market access to US and global exchanges.Be a part of a collaborative culture that values innovation and creativity and provides competitive salary, bonus, and great benefits.Please note this is an onsite position at the client's Chicago office.As a Trade Solutions Analyst, you will provide:Client Relationship ManagementAct as a primary point of contact for institutional clients and provide support for electronic trading systems and integrated vendor solutions.Vendor SupportProvide technical and solution integration support for a range of order management and execution management solutions.Risk ManagementClearly communicate electronic trading risks related to order flow and changes in regulatory requirements.Collaborating with Developers & IT TeamsWork with internal technology teams to address system issues and translate client feedback into bug fixes and system enhancements.Requirements:2+ years experience supporting trading systems.Hands-on experience supporting institutional clients, building strong relationships, troubleshooting and communicating issues and implementing timely solutions.Experience troubleshooting technical and integration issues with software vendors providing market access, trade execution, and order management systems.Understanding of order flow, regulatory, and exchange (both US and global) related requirements.This is an onsite position working at the client's Chicago office.Please note that the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.No recruiter represented or third party candidate submissions will be accepted.
