SUMMARY OF POSITIONWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager of Revenue Management to drive pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and financial planning across our organization. This role will play a key part in maximizing revenue through data-driven decision-making, leveraging various reporting systems for visualization and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.Pricing & Revenue OptimizationWork with complex data sets to help businesses determine and set competitive prices to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. This is a highly analytical role that requires pricing analysts to consider data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models that reflect margins for promotional and seasonal pricing based on competitor, market, and customer data.Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.Analyze pricing trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to recommend pricing adjustments.Develop and implement forecasts and pricing models based on customer segmentation, seasonality, and market trends.Lead and prepare metrics for weekly pricing meeting with Operations and Executive leadership.Track and lead pricing changes across organization.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support revenue planning and decision-making.Develop key performance indicator dashboards (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.Partner with all teams throughout the organization to align revenue goals with business objectives.Data AnalyticsUtilize Adaptive Insights reporting tool to create interactive dashboards and reports that track revenue, pricing, and financial performance.Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify revenue opportunities and risks.Create and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Data manipulation, lots of detailed work and analysis. A lot of trying to understand drivers behind results and make plans of action for moving forward.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).5-7+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, and FP&A.Strong expertise in pricing optimization, financial modeling, and forecasting techniquesProficiency in financial reporting tools for data visualization and reporting.Experience working with large datasets, SQL, or other analytics tools like Adaptive or Hyperion Essbaseis a plus.Big 4 experience is a plus.We kindly request that recruiters or third-party agencies refrain from contacting us regarding this position.
