The Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm seeks to hire a full-time associate attorney with minimum five years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice. This reputable Law Firm is well known for providing high-quality representation to victims of medical malpractice and civil rights violations. The associate attorney will manage cases throughout the course of litigation. In particular, the associate attorney is expected to handle client communication, drafting, motions, and depositions from inception to disposition of cases. The associate attorney will be assigned as a primary handling attorney to a caseload of about 30 matters, mostly in medical malpractice, with the supervision and guidance of senior attorneys. The office has a collaborative and supportive working environment.Salary commensurate with experience. At least five years of litigation experience is expected, with preference in medical malpractice or personal injury. Position is currently available.
