Hope Biosciences Research Foundation (HBRF) is revolutionizing how we treat disease and injury by accelerating translational research in regenerative medicine to develop cures for all. We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Non-Profit Administrator to join our team. The Non-Profit Administrator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. This role involves working closely with staff, patients, and other stakeholders to maintain the organization's daily activities and support its mission.ResponsibilitiesOffice ManagementMaintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilitiesManage office communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and in-person greetings and sign-insFinancial AdministrationProcess invoices, donations, and expenses accurately and promptlyManage accounts receivables and accounts payable and ensure accurate billing with the assistance of GHCF's Foundation ServicesRecords ManagementMaintain and update donor and stakeholder databasesEnsure all records are accurate, organized, and comply with relevant data protection regulationsEvent CoordinationAssist in planning and executing fundraising events and community outreach programsCoordinate logistics, including bookings, catering, and promotional materialsVolunteer and Staff SupportHelp recruit, train, and coordinate volunteersProvide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings and managing calendarsSocial Media and Public RelationsAssist with the creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and social media updatesMaintain the organization's social media channels and communicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, non-profit management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in non-profit administration or a related role is preferred, but not requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)Commitment to the mission and the values of our organizationAttention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretionCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and retirement benefitsOpportunities for professional development and growth
