In-House Counsel

Our Client is a global manufacturer seeking to hire in-house counsel to lead transactional matters as well as handle regulatory, litigation, and intellectual property (IP) matters. This role offers high visibility and will provides the opportunity to support various legal issues, broadening your practice and serving as the first point of contact for various matters.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Handle transactional matters, including:IT contracts (SaaS, Data Processing, Cybersecurity)Vendor, distributor, agent, consulting, and contractor agreementsNon-disclosure agreementsCommercial real estate transactions (purchase, sale, easements) with assistance from retained outside counsel as neededPurchase and sale contractsOther transactional matters as assignedSupport regulatory, litigation, and IP matters.
