Embrace an opportunity to grow your career with a globally recognized brand at the forefront of HVAC advancement.Research: Conduct comprehensive research of the U.S. HVAC wholesale market to identify and screen potential leads.Lead Generation & Account Management: Drive sales growth by proactively reaching out to prospective customers (via phone, email, or in-person visits), building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to channel partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our company's products.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with channel partners to ensure mutual success in meeting sales objectives.CRM & Organization: Record and track prospect/customer interactions, appointments, and tasks in a shared format for seamless team collaboration.Sales Support: Offer marketing materials, product information, and sales collateral to channel partners, enabling them to drive demand and close deals.Industry Awareness: Remain current with the latest HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technologies and trends to provide informed guidance and maintain a competitive edge in the market.By taking on these responsibilities, you will play a critical role in fostering growth, customer satisfaction, and the continued success of our organization.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:Professionalism: Maintain a polished demeanor and appearance, inspiring trust and confidence in both clients and colleagues.Exceptional Communication: Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with diverse audiences and fostering positive, collaborative relationships.Results-Driven: Show unwavering focus on achieving targets and continuously strive to exceed performance benchmarks.Positive Mindset: Approach challenges with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, contributing to an uplifting and solutions-focused work environment.Tech-Savvy & Curious: Display strong technological aptitude, embrace continuous learning, and exhibit genuine curiosity to stay ahead of industry developments.Qualifications:Educational Background: Associate's Degree or higher, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Sales Expertise: A minimum of three years of wholesale or B2B sales experience (HVAC-specific experience preferred, but not required), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients via phone, email, and in person.
