Warehouse Operations Associate

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Associate working 2nd shift (5pm to 3:30am PST) onsite in Kirkland, WA to support our premier client's internal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-starting, and able to work on several projects simultaneously. This is a 12-monthcontract role that provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, contributing to our client's world-class customer experience.Responsibilities:Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.Required Skills:2-3 years of warehouse experienceExperience as an Associate Planner or Associate BuyerHigh School DiplomaExcellent problem-solving skillsMust be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as SAP and/or Excel.Must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
