Human Resources Administrator - Real Estate Firm

BURKE + CO.THE GIST:Our client, an established real estate development firm, seeks a proactive Human Resources Administrator to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for assisting with an array of HR functions and gain exposure to all facets of the department. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated interest in becoming an HR professional with the desire to grow, learn, and take on more!This is an amazing opportunity to join a warm, kind team at an expanding company!THE NITTY GRITTY:Help process employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training schedulesManage HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and proceduresAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsMaintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as necessarySupport payroll administration, including collecting timesheets and ensuring accuracyAssist in preparing reports and HR documentationHelp with employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace cultureEnsure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to HR activitiesAssist in managing employee performance reviews and tracking key HR metricsProvide general administrative support to the HR team as neededTHE ESSENTIALS:1+ years of experience in Human ResourcesBachelor's degree preferredADP experience a plus!Passion for HR, people, & company cultureAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalismSuperb organizational skillsResourceful nature with a propensity to problem solveAbility to interact confidentiality within all level of an organizationTech-savvy with a proven ability to learn new systemsStrong written communication skillsTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Join a warm, generous team & culture!Established company that is continuing to grow & expand with lots of room to take on moreLOCATION: San Ramon, CA (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $65k-70k base salary + benefits + bonus (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
