Junior Rug Designer

We are looking for a Junior Rug Designer with a passion for design, technology, and client interaction to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both our design team and interior design clients, bringing creative visions to life through beautiful, custom-designed rugs.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to create custom rug designs based on client specifications, aesthetics, and space requirements.Use design software Adobe Suite to create and visualize rug designs.Assist in the production process, from initial concept to final design approval.Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their design needs and ensure the rug designs align with their vision and the overall interior design.Provide technical support to clients and assist with any design-related questions or adjustments.Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and rug production techniques.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and designs are delivered on time.Assist in sourcing materials and collaborating with manufacturers to ensure quality and design accuracy.Maintain organized records of client communications, project updates, and design revisions.Requirements:A degree or relevant certification in Interior Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong understanding of design principles, color theory, and textile materials.Experience or a keen interest in rug design, textiles, and interior design.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to assist with designing and presenting to clients.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Previous experience in a client-facing role sales is an important part of the job.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for the role.
