As a leading financial institution committed to excellence, we are looking for a dynamic professional who can contribute to our success and help drive our financial operations forward.What You'll Do:Analyze financial information including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements of the institution.Document all investment portfolio purchases, including pre-purchase analyses. Collaborate with the Accounting department for new portfolio purchases. Ensure trade tickets are received in a timely manner.Work with the Chief Investment Officer to include proper documentation for the Bank's Investment Committee and for all investment portfolio monthly reporting to the Board of Directors.Ensure optimal pledging of securities to maximize the Bank's contingent funding sources. Collaborate with the Accounting department for monthly location and safekeeping reconciliations of the Bank's securities.Prepare written memorandums for presentation to internal committees. Assume secretary/recordkeeper duties for quarterly ALCO meetings.Provide analytical support directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Executive Officer to identify emerging trends within the Bank's asset and liability portfolios.Provide cross-departmental assistance with liquidity management reporting and analysis, including, but not limited to, various management and board-level reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.Track and report on correspondent bank accounts and relationships, including quarterly Reg F analysis.Understand and employ Bank's policies and procedures; make recommendations for enhancement.Foster an open dialogue and strong working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.UTB Employee Benefits:Full-time UTB employees enjoy an array of benefits including a generous Paid Time Off allowance available for use during your first year along with a great paid holiday schedule.
