Training/Learning Manager

We are seeking a QA Compliance Training Specialistto support research & development (R&D) training needs, with a focus on preclinical and clinical genetic therapies research functions. This role involves managing training programs, leading process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing and supporting training program enhancements, including the revamp of R&D training roles and curricula.Administering the training management system, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient tracking and documentation.Ensuring training completion is conducted on time, properly documented, and archived in compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific or business field preferred.Minimum of 8 years of training management experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Strong knowledge of R&D and GLP (21 CFR Part 58) training requirements is a plus.Hands-on experience administering an electronic learning management system (LMS) is required; Veeva Training Vault experience preferred.
