Transactional Attorney

I am currently working with a leading regional law firm who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney or junior partner to join its growing transactional group in ChicagoKey Responsibilities:You will work closely with the firm's lead shareholders on a broad array of transactional matters, with a focus on secured transactions/transactional lending. This will include general business matters and transactions for private businesses and business owners, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial lending, leasing and real estate transactions.This role will also involve business development and networking opportunities.
