Associate Attorney

An Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years' substantive experience is needed in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have at least three years working on complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability, financial services, and business disputes with an established mid-to-large size law firm in the Dallas area. Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:Manage all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, and trial preparation.Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, encompassing product liability, financial services, and business disputes.Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, and advocate effectively in court proceedings.Develop strategic litigation strategies and case management plans in collaboration with partners and senior attorneys.Engage in drafting and arguing complex motions, propounding and responding to discovery, and handling depositions.Assist in both jury and bench trials, leveraging strong oral and written advocacy skills.Collaborate closely with a diverse team to service clients ranging from multinational corporations to emerging businesses.Commercial Litigation Attorney Requirements:JD from a top 50 law school with a strong academic record.Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing.3-7 years of substantive complex commercial litigation experience in a mid-to-large size law firm.Strong background in legal research, writing, and an ability to present complex legal arguments.A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading case management efforts in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services.
