In-House Counsel

Ruben Companies is engaged in real estate finance, development and management, and family-office investing. Our properties are comprised of two million square feet of Class A office space in New York and Washington, DC, and 1700 luxury apartments in New York, Boston and Washington, DC. The family-office investments include public securities, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and direct investments.We are looking for an in-house counsel that will support the business and legal activities in each of our endeavors. The applicant should have a background in real estate finance (preferably with a law firm on the east coast), possess strong written and verbal skills and should enjoy a wide range of responsibilities.
