If you're passionate about Residential Architecture and Design, details and documentation, technically skilled, and eager to contribute to a diverse range of projects, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Assists the Studio Director in management and oversight of architectural projects from concept to completion.Develop high-quality documentation and BIM models with strong attention to detail.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.Utilize ArchiCAD for design and documentation (strong preference given to candidates with experience).Oversee project timelines and deliverables.Integrate visualization tools, including Twinmotion, for enhanced project presentations (preferred).Qualifications & Skills:3-5 years of professional architectural experience.Strong documentation and technical proficiency.Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate projects effectively.Proficiency in ArchiCAD is strongly preferred.Knowledge of Twinmotion and other visualization tools is a bonus.Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Us?At Ballentine Architects, we foster a creative and collaborative environment where innovation thrives.
