Senior Trial Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in preparation for court proceedings.Take and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, experts, and medical professionalsEngage in negotiations with insurance companies and defense counsel to secure favorable settlements for clients.Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials as needed.Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure timely case progression.Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff-side preferred).Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with a client-first approach.Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent writing, research, and communication skillsProficiency in case management software and legal research toolsBenefits:Competitive salary + performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and flexible work arrangementsIf you are a dedicated and results-driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, we want to hear from you!
