Job Overview:We are seeking a junior to mid-level Business Analyst with a take-charge personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. This role serves as a liaison between IT and business teams, working closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to document and refine business requirements. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and able to drive conversations forward while ensuring clear communication between teams.Work with product owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Develop and maintain user stories, business process flows, and functional documentation in an Agile framework.Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and implemented correctly.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Assist in testing and validating solutions to confirm they meet business needs.Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve business or system-related issues.Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new business processes.Work in a fast-paced, Agile-focused environment while being flexible with some Waterfall elements.Personality Traits and Skills:Confident, outgoing, and proactive, with the ability to take charge in a team setting.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of an organization.Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.Able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.Required Skills:4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user stories, and working alongside product owners and Scrum Masters.Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.Ability to perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot business and system issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confident, take-charge personality with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Basic SQL skills for querying and data analysis.Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.Exposure to Waterfall methodology while primarily working in Agile.Must reside in PA, NJ, or DE.Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in the office in Philadelphia.
