Real Estate Attorney - Title Processor

Role DescriptionTracey Reynolds Real Estate Law Group is a real estae law firm conduing residential and commerical closings in both SC and NC. The team consist of 9 support team members and 2 attorneys. This role involves reviewing title exams and cordianting and administering cureative title measures. This position will require extensive traning on title review which incorprates real estate, corporate, probate, bankruptcy and family court law. This position will provide training on all aspects of the closing process which will allow for addtional responsibilites in the overall residential and commerical closing process. No experience is necessasry. SC law license required. We have a 401(k) and profiting shearing plan as well as well-time available.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough review of title exams and work closely with title abstractors.Identify and assist in curative title measures.Prepare title opinions/commitments.Assist in due deligence title tasks for Commerical Closings.Utilize GIS tools to gather and assess property data.Collaborate very closely with closing attorneys and title company attorneys.
