Cyber, Privacy & AI AssociateOur client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their top ranked global Cyber, Privacy & AI practice group. This position can be based in Boston, Washington DC, or Philadelphia.The estimated salary for this position is $310,000+ (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.Qualifications:4-7 years of experienceHands on experience advising clients on state and federal privacy laws and conducting deal diligence in Mergers and Acquisition, financings and commercial transactionsExperience with class action litigation and/or regulatory defenseExperience with incident responseWorking familiarity with data driven technologies, including AI/ML and biometrics and related global regulatory frameworksFamiliarity with state privacy laws, HIPAA, SCA, PIPA, CIPA, ECPA, Patriot/Cloud Act, GDPR and GLBA a plusPrior experience with data breach response and defense of enforcement actions brought by state attorneys' general, FTC, OCR/HSS, SEC Cybersecurity unit and the EU regulators a plusLarge law firm experience strongly preferredJD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentialsMembership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that stateAll candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
